Carrefour Baneasa shopping center is located in northwest part of bucharest covering the land area of 50.200 sqm and the built area of 34.500 sqm, gallery commercial area of 16.900 sqm including 77 shops.
All facade and roof works have been done by YALITIMROM SRL. Carrefour Baneasa project; has a sinusoidal facade of 9.000 sqm executed with Haironville (Austria) 18/76/0.63 ral 9006 colour, has a cassette substructure executed with Salzgitter (Germany) ps-100/600 and ps-130/600, inbetween facade mineral wool executed with Rockwool (Hungary), entrances 950-sqm executed with Pflaum (Austria) fo-0/0/80 ral 1015 coloured sandwich panels, canopies 650 sqm executed with Alcoa (France) reynobond composite panels ral 2006 colour. All exterior metallic and sectional doors have been executed with EM‹ (France) doors.
In roof works; has a roofdeck of 30.000 sqm executed with Haironville 150/280/0.88, 150/280/1.00, 150/280/1.25, roof mineral wool executed by (60+60 mm, 150 kg/m2) Rockwool sheets, water insulation executed with 2 layers of Soprema (France) bituminous membrane. Skydome above the food court (400 sqm) is executed with Alumil profiles and Guardian climaguard double glazing low-e, all skylights and smoke exhausts (191 units) on the roof are executed with Hexadome (France). Glasscubes have been designed as spider system and executed with Alumil (Greece) profiles.
