Job Definition: Smoke exhaust systems and skylights (274 units), roof insulation with PVC membrane and metal roof deck cladding, syphonic and conventional rainwater drainage system, horizontal sinusoidal and vertical trapezoidal façade cladding, secondary steel structure, entrance canopies and sandwich panel cladding.

Total Amount of the project: 28.000.000 Euro
Total contract amount of Yalitimrom: 2.730.000 Euro
Roof Area: 45.000 sqm
Facade Area: 9.500 sqm
Carrefour Constanta Tom shopping center is located in Constanta covering the land area of 50.00 sqm and the built area of 45.000 sqm, gallery commercial area of 22.500 sqm including 83 shops.
All facade and roof works have been done by YALITIMROM S.R.L. in Carrefour Constanta project:
Has a sinusoidal facade of 2.000 sqm executed with Haironville (France) 43/180/0.75 Ral 9006 color, has a trapezoidal facade of 7.000 sqm executed with Haironville (Austria) 32/207/0.63 RAL 9010 color, has a cassette substructure executed with Salzgitter (Germany) PS-100/600/0.75 mm RAL 9010, in between 60 mm- thick facade mineral wool executed with Rockwool (Hungary), entrances 750 sqm executed with Pflaum (Austria) FO-0/0/100 RAL 1015 color rockwool-core sandwich panels, canopies 650 sqm executed with composite panels RAL 2003 color.
In roof works; has a roof deck of 45.000 sqm executed with Haironville 150/280/0.75, 150/280/0.88, 150/280/1.25, roof mineral wool (50+50 mm, 150 kg/m3) executed by Rockwool (Hungary) sheets, waterproof insulation executed with
Alkor Draka - Alkorplan (Belgium) 1.2 thick PVC membrane. All skylights and smoke exhausts (274 units) on the roof are executed with Hexadome (France).
